Born in 1996, Bun is the daughter of our Cleo and Chris and Faye Gansberg’s dog, Reuben. She was raised on a ranch we were managing at the time and was a great little cow dog. She is retired now but gets to go around sheep once in a while.

Vider is our other Cleo daughter. She has been a good little arena trials dog, a little quirky, but biddable and willing. Her favorite thing is finding hidden sheep.

Gwynn is our intermediate level arena trials dog. She is from the Lacys of Virginia’s breeding stock and other good eastern U.S. lines. Her dam’s grandfather was Bobby Dalziel’s Jim, who was on the Scottish National Team in 1994, 1996, 1997 and 1998, and qualified for the International Supreme Championship in 1994 and 1997. He was also the 1994 Scottish Shepherds Champion and the 1997 Reserve Champion on One Man and His dog. Gwynn is very biddable and eager to please, a little soft still with challenging sheep but she is still young (born in 2005). She had her first litter of pups in January 2008, all of whom sold. We purchased Bird from Bonnelyn (Simpson) Thwaits of Benson, Arizona. She is the daughter of a dog we bred, a littermate to Vider. She has Raymond MacPherson’s ##Zac and Sydney Price’s ##Davy on her papers. She is very intense and dominant and has a lot of power. She started training in the fall of 2007.

Lasca is Vider’s daughter by Chris Gansberg's Imp. Killiebrae Rudy, born in August 2007. Her sire is a son of Derek Scrimgeour's Sweep (ISDS 198150) and Lyn (ISDS 227341). She began training in 2008 and we have high hopes for her.

Jezebel is Gwynn’s daughter by Chris Gansberg's Imp. Killiebrae Rudy, born in January 2008, and a half-sister to our Lasca. Her sire is a son of Derek Scrimgeour's Sweep (ISDS 198150) and Lyn (ISDS 227341). She is just beginning training in late 2008 and already displays a level head, natural rate, and a lot of style.

Dub is our new import direct from Derek Scrimgeour. His sire is Derek's Killiebrae Laddie, (ISDS 262753) the 2008 English national champion. His mother is a daughter of Derek's famous Ben (ISDS 220939). Dub arrived in December '08 at 12 weeks old and shows every promise of ruling the universe by the time he is three.
